The augmented reality app for the exhibition at Palazzo Nervegna in Brindisi, entitled "Brindisi: porto d’Oriente" from 20 March to 30 June 2018.
The exhibition is part of the “SAC-La Via Traina” project, an ambitious program to promote the territory.
The choice of the work, "Baia e Porto di Brindisi" painted by Philip Hackert and commissioned by Ferdinand IV of Naples in 1789, comes from the desire to highlight the relationship that has always existed between Brindisi and the sea. The work is part of a series that traces the history of the South Italy; it returns a realistic image of the view of the port of Brindisi in the eighteenth century.
Through the Augmented Reality app the visitor can interact with the work and acquire further information on the picture and view other works by the same author.
